British Infantry section (Winter)

As with most British Commonwealth infantry sections, the British InfantrySection Winter is based around the sustained firepower of the Bren light machinegun, the other infantrymen carrying extra Bren magazines in addition to theirown weapons.

Protected from the chill by their thick military grade woollen great coatsand tough sleeveless leather jerkins, they also made good use of camouflagedgroundsheets as protective capes along with woollen caps, scarves andgloves.

Whether the fight is in the frozen Italian hills and mountains or in the deepwinter of France, the low countries or in Germany itself, these cheery Britishinfantrymen can be relied on to do their duty for King and Country!

Contains a 10-man section:

• NCO with SMG
• 1 infantryman with SMG
• 2-man Bren gun LMG team
• 6 riflemen
